1. 수집하는 정보1. Information We Collect
Apple 또는 카카오 계정으로 로그인할 때 계정 식별자와 이메일(제공에 동의한 경우)을 받습니다. 비밀번호는 저장하지 않습니다. 앱에서 직접 입력하시는 프로필(이름·닉네임·성별·키·생년)과 운동 기록(종목·세트·무게·반복수·시간), 체성분 기록(체중·골격근량·체지방률)을 저장합니다. iOS에서는 사용자가 직접 요청할 때만 Apple 건강(HealthKit)에서 체중·체지방 데이터를 가져올 수 있고, 기기 권한 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 답변 알림을 보내기 위해 알림을 허용한 기기의 푸시 토큰을 저장합니다. 결제·위치 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.When you sign in with Apple or Kakao, we receive an account identifier and your email (if you consent to share it). We never store passwords. We store the profile you enter (name, nickname, sex, height, birth year), your workout logs (exercise, sets, weight, reps, duration), and body composition entries (weight, muscle mass, body fat). On iOS, only when you explicitly request it, we can import weight/body-fat data from Apple Health (HealthKit) — you can revoke this anytime in device permission settings. If you allow notifications, we store your device’s push token so we can notify you when we reply to an inquiry. We do not collect payment or location data.

데이터는 기기 안과 Google Firebase(Firestore·Authentication) 클라우드에 저장됩니다. 통신은 모두 암호화(HTTPS)되고, 보안 규칙에 따라 본인 계정의 데이터에만 접근할 수 있습니다. 운영자(관리자) 계정에 한해, 본인이 앱에서 직접 요청할 때만 개인 서버(NAS)로 사본이 전송됩니다.Data is stored on your device and in Google Firebase (Firestore & Authentication). All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and security rules ensure you can only access your own data. For the operator (admin) account only, a copy is sent to a private NAS server when explicitly requested in the app.
3. 제3자 제공3. Third-Party Sharing
수집된 정보를 광고 등의 목적으로 제3자에게 제공·판매하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영을 위해 다음 업체의 인프라를 이용합니다 — Google Firebase(데이터 저장·로그인), Apple/Kakao(로그인 인증), Vercel(로그인·문의 처리 서버), Expo(푸시 알림 발송). 이 외에는 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우에만 관련 절차에 따라 제공될 수 있습니다.We never sell or share your data for advertising. We use the following providers to operate the service: Google Firebase (storage & auth), Apple/Kakao (sign-in), Vercel (auth & inquiry backend), and Expo (push notification delivery). Otherwise, disclosure occurs only if legally required.
4. 익명 통계 활용4. Anonymous Statistics
운동 기록과 체성분 기록은 개인을 식별할 수 없게 처리한 뒤(이름·계정·이메일·기기 정보 제외, 성별·나이대 정도만 남긴 집계) 종목별 평균 무게·볼륨 추이 같은 통계 자료로 만들어 서비스 개선·새 기능 개발·연구에 활용할 수 있습니다. 이 통계 자료로는 누구의 기록인지 알 수 없으며, 특정될 수 있을 만큼 인원이 적은 묶음은 만들지 않습니다. 개인 기록 원본은 그대로 본인 계정 안에만 있고, 탈퇴하면 원본은 즉시 파기됩니다.Workout and body-composition logs may be turned into anonymous aggregate statistics (e.g. average weight or volume trends per exercise) after removing anything that identifies you — name, account, email, device — keeping only broad groupings such as sex or age range. These statistics cannot be traced back to any individual, and groups too small to be anonymous are never produced. They may be used to improve the service, build new features, or for research. Your original logs stay in your own account only and are deleted immediately when you delete your account.
5. 보관 및 파기5. Retention & Deletion
운동 기록은 회원 탈퇴 전까지 보관됩니다. 회원 탈퇴를 요청하면 계정 정보와 운동 기록을 포함한 모든 데이터가 지체 없이 파기됩니다.Workout logs are retained until account deletion. When you request account deletion, all data including your account info and workout logs is permanently deleted without delay.
6. 이용자의 권리6. Your Rights
언제든 앱 내 설정에서 본인의 운동 기록을 열람·수정할 수 있고, 회원 탈퇴를 통해 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.You can view and edit your own workout logs anytime in Settings, and request deletion of your personal data by deleting your account.
